Spartan trailercoaches for sale

Condition:I lived in the trailer for about two years while building a home. It was towed about 100 miles to and from the builidng site and seemed to tow nice. The tires still hold air. It has new pex plumbing throughout. The woodwork is in pretty good shape. I have some moldings which need to be replaced. Exterior in fair condition. Molding on front window came loose at the corner, minor sheet metal repairs needed on front. Winterized. Needs new lock set for front entrance door, rear door is fine. Forced air furnace, no air.
